Preparing Your Baby’s Feed
Step-by-Step Guide:

Open the Packaging Safely
- Snap open the tamper-proof clip and dispose of it immediately, keeping it away from children.
- Hold the top of the can with both hands, place both thumbs under the lip, and push up to open.
- The scoop is stored inside the lid.
- Carefully peel back and remove the foil seal, then dispose of it safely.

Sterilise Feeding Equipment
- Wash hands thoroughly.
- Sterilise all feeding utensils according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Prepare the Water
- Fill a kettle with 1 litre of fresh tap water (avoid using repeatedly boiled water).
- Boil the water and allow it to cool for 30 minutes, ensuring it remains at at least 70°C.
- Measure the required amount of cooled water into a sterilised bottle.

Add Formula Powder
- Use the provided scoop to add the correct number of levelled scoops to the bottle.
- Level each scoop using the straight edge inside the lid.

Mix and Cool the Feed
- Secure the sterilised teat and cap onto the bottle.
- Shake well to dissolve the powder completely.
- Cool the formula to body temperature by running the sealed bottle under cold running water.
- Always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding.
